Rotary Process

Log wood is processed with a rotary machine to produce thin, even veneer sheets, ready to be used as core or faceback plywood materials.

The rotary process is a crucial stage in veneer production, where logs are precisely peeled to produce smooth, uniform, and consistent veneer sheets.
At PT. ASG & CSG, the rotary process is carried out using calibrated machines and sharp blades to ensure the best results for both faceback and core veneer.

This is because veneer quality is determined from the very first peeling process.
